Hunters Capital manages a historic two-building complex on Madison Street for the nearby Virginia Mason Hospital and Medical Center. The historic property laid neglected for years, until the brokerage division of Hunters Capital successfully leased its chronically vacant retail spaces. Today, the buildings house 16 tenants: Anderson Footwear, Frank’s Barbershop & Salon, Italian Family Pizza, J&L Shoe Repair, Little Neon Taco, MacDonald-Miller Facility Solutions, Pho Saigon, Plaza Select Foods, Sugar Bakery, Thai Star, The Hideout, Virginia Mason Medical, Yoshino Teriyaki, and 206 Burger Co.
