As recipient of the 2022 Community Investment Award, the University National Bank Building is one of many in Historic Seattle's Preservation Awards Series. Visit HistoricSeattle.org to learn more.

This tour was a wonderful opportunity to reflect on the history and restoration of this beautiful U District pillar. Hunters Capital is excited for the space to be activated by @seattleboulderingproject in the next year. Stay tuned.
