Skylar Tomasetti

Assistant Community Manager

Skylar joined Hunters Capital in September 2025 as our Assistant Community Manager at the Broadway Building. Originally from Los Angeles, she is excited to make Capitol Hill her new home. Skylar brings experience from managing student housing while earning her psychology degree at California State University, Chico, and is currently pursuing an associate’s degree in business administration with a focus on digital marketing.

Before returning to property management, she worked in the non-profit sector, building skills in community support and organization. Skylar is eager to grow with Hunters Capital and help foster vibrant connections across our communities.

Outside of work, she enjoys reading, hiking, crochet, embroidery, and binge-watching her favorite shows. She’s also a proud dog mom to Leia, her border collie/lab mix, who often joins her on Pacific Northwest adventures.
