Jack Walsh

Controller

Jack joined Hunters Capital in 2026 as Controller, bringing more than six years of experience in finance, accounting, and asset management within Seattle’s multifamily real estate sector. Prior to joining Hunters Capital, he oversaw finance and asset management activities across property management, acquisitions, construction, and maintenance operations for a portfolio of more than 1,600 residential units at a vertically integrated real estate firm.

A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in Washington State, Jack began his career with EY in Portland and Seattle. He holds a degree in Accounting from the University of Oregon.

As Controller, Jack is responsible for overseeing Hunters Capital’s financial operations and supporting the company’s strategic growth initiatives.
Jack lives in Seattle with his wife and daughter. In his free time, he enjoys skiing, playing soccer, and exploring the Pacific Northwest with his family.
