Chris Hearne joined Hunters Capital in 2010 with the opening of The Broadway Building and has since become an integral part of the company’s operations team. Today, he oversees commercial property projects across the portfolio, specializing in identifying practical solutions for commercial tenants so they can focus on growing their businesses. Known for his organization, responsiveness, and attention to detail, Chris plays a key role in maintaining the high standards that define Hunters Capital’s properties.
Chris began his career in property management in 2001 as a groundskeeper at a property in Kirkland, Washington, before advancing to Maintenance Assistant at a property in Bellevue. Over the years, he has supervised maintenance operations for numerous communities, including a 500-unit property in Mill Creek, where he managed a team of five maintenance professionals. Prior to joining Hunters Capital, Chris managed a four-person maintenance team responsible for a 250-unit property in Issaquah.
Whether coordinating tenant improvements, overseeing building operations, or supporting day-to-day property needs, Chris takes pride in keeping Hunters Capital’s properties organized, well-maintained, and operating efficiently.
Outside of work, Chris embraces the Pacific Northwest lifestyle. An avid paddleboarder, skateboarder, and snowboarder, he is often exploring the region’s mountains and waterways. He is also a talented photographer who enjoys capturing the Hunters Capital team’s adventures and the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest.
