Brittany Peterson

Brittany joined Hunters Capital in 2022 and brings a decade of experience in property management and real estate development. She has extensive experience overseeing diverse portfolios of mixed-use properties throughout the greater Seattle area, with a focus on residential operations, leasing, resident experience, and long-term property performance.Brittany enjoys creating environments where residents and businesses can thrive while contributing to the vibrancy of the neighborhoods they call home.

She approaches property management with a strong sense of ownership and believes that accountability, integrity, collaboration, and attention to detail are essential to creating successful communities and delivering exceptional results. Brittany earned her Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) designation in 2021 and her Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) designation in 2026, reflecting her commitment to continued professional growth and staying engaged with an ever-evolving real estate industry.

Outside of work, Brittany serves as Treasurer of Seattle General Toastmasters and Secretary on the board of the Cal Anderson Park Alliance. Brittany is always down for a good time, whether she’s adventuring around the Pacific Northwest or traveling around the world!
