A Seattle native and UW alum, Nicholas has called Capitol Hill home for six years, five of them at The Broadway Building. He was drawn to the neighborhood’s queer and artistic communities and captivated for good by the diverse and walkable urban environment. Living with his partner, Victor (4-year Broadway resident), he values more than just the central location and park views—he's delighted to find his apartment came with a management team that sincerely cares about fostering community—a first among anywhere he’s lived thus far.
