In 2010, Hunters Capital purchased the Ballou Wright Building and commenced interior and exterior renovations.

A couple weeks ago we had a wonderful experience touring the Seattle Police Dept's East Precinct and deepened our understanding of the work our local officers do. Building relationships with our neighbors and humanizing the dedicated officers who serve our community proved a valuable experience for our team.

With community as one of our core values, our team continually looks for ways we can benefit the urban village surrounding us. One of the ways we do this is through our ongoing partnership with Adopt a Street, @caringforcaphill & @seattle_public_utilities !

Meet Alex! Dunn Resident of 2 years with a passion for art.

When asked what Alex loves about living in a Hunters Capital building, he responded, “I haven’t seen anything like this in any places I used to live before. Critical issues are tackled promptly, and beyond. I like how constant improvements happen here. Digital locks, cleaning of each floor regularly. Everything is functional and fixed. It’s the first time I’ve extended my lease to another year. I love this place. It makes me feel at home.”

Meet Anis, Resident at the Broadway Building! “I am a Senior Applied Scientist working on reducing food waste for Amazon Fresh and Whole Foods Market. I am a proud Tunisian but I’ve lived in many places including Paris, Boston and New York. To me, Cap Hill is the most vibrant and culturally rich neighborhood in Seattle and I don’t see myself living elsewhere. I like going out for coffee, food or drinks and walking/biking to some of the neighboring parks. My favorite thing about living in the building is the community. I also love how well situated the building is and how friendly and helpful the Broadway Building Team members are.”
