Forest joined the team in the fall of 2023 and operates as the Maintenance Supervisor at The Broadway Building. Having began his career in residential property maintenance in 2021, Forest was eager to join Hunters Capital and ready to apply his attention to detail, positive energy, and plentiful experience to continually maintain the quality Hunters Capital lifestyle for all residents. Forest is dedicated in his position to fostering an environment that builds relationships, connections, and community.

Forest has ventured across various locations in the U.S. before settling down in Seattle, where he lives with his partner, Kristi, and their beloved dog, Oslo. Beyond his professional pursuits, Forest finds joy in the simple pleasures of life such as long walks with Oslo along Lake Washington or experiencing the vibrant atmosphere of Seattle with his friends.
