Jill Cronauer serves as President and Designated Broker of Hunters Capital, providing strategic leadership for the company’s investment, leasing, and operational activities. Since joining the firm in 2008, she has played a pivotal role in expanding Hunters Capital’s Seattle portfolio from 160,000 square feet to nearly 600,000 square feet, driving the organization’s continued growth and long-term success.

A respected leader in Seattle’s real estate and business communities, Jill has demonstrated a longstanding commitment to civic engagement and neighborhood vitality. She previously served as President and Chair of the Capitol Hill Chamber of Commerce and as Treasurer and Board Member of Community Roots Housing (formerly Capitol Hill Housing). She currently serves on the boards of the Downtown Seattle Association, the Cal Anderson Park Alliance, and the 15th Avenue East Business Improvement Area (BIA), helping advance initiatives that strengthen Seattle’s economic and cultural landscape.

Jill earned her degree from Gonzaga University and comes from a family with a background in commercial real estate and entrepreneurship throughout Washington and Canada. Her leadership philosophy is rooted in relationship-building, community stewardship, and the belief that vibrant neighborhoods create lasting value for businesses, residents, and visitors alike.
