“For the first time in its 108 years, the former Wells Fargo Bank branch building at a prominent corner on The Ave in Seattle’s University District has been sold. Now the new ownership group, which completed the purchase last year, is sharing its plans for the property.
Boutique Seattle real estate company Hunters Capital — known for buying and preserving old auto dealership buildings on Capitol Hill — bought the terra-cotta-clad building for $3.75 million from Wells Fargo. It’s the first non-Capitol Hill investment for Hunters.”
