He was drawn to the neighborhood’s queer and artistic communities and captivated for good by the diverse and walkable urban environment. Living with his partner, Victor (4-year Broadway resident), he values more than just the central location and park views—he's delighted to find his apartment came with a management team that sincerely cares about fostering community—a first among anywhere he’s lived thus far.
