“This fall, the white terracotta-tiled building at the corner of University Way and Northeast 45th Street in Seattle’s U District — an official historic landmark designated by the city — will become something other than a bank for the first time in more than a century. And, for the first time since Wells Fargo sold the building (to Hunters Capital) and stopped banking there in 2018, the building will be occupied. 

The building is entering the next phase of its life as a climbing gym.”
