Hunters Capital and Studio Meng Strazzara are planning an eight-story apartment building at 517 E. Pike St. on Capitol Hill. It’ll incorporate and preserve the facade of the old two-story building there now, which most associate with prior tenants Kaladi Brothers Coffee and Gay City. The next design review will be on Sept. 22, in what will likely be a virtual presentation.
