In a recent article by the Puget Sound Business journal, Hunters Capital founder, Michael Malone, shares his journey to becoming a prominent figure in the real estate industry where he has recently been recognized as the Historic Preservation Champion in the 2023 CRE Leadership awards by PSBJ.
With over two decades of experience in real estate, he remains committed to building a strong and vibrant community. As Michael states “At Hunters Capital, we’re a combination of both commercial real estate and residential. Almost 100% of our real estate is held within one geographic area – Pike/Pine. So, we take a philosophy of investing in not just a building, but in the community – our tenants, our neighbors and all the activities that happen within that area. We like to have relationships. We work hard to work with our tenants.”
