Throwback thursday to our amazing time at the @capitolhillgaragesale ! What a treat to have our residents and Hunters Capital team selling items among the 100+ vendors! We even gained a lot of interest at our adopt a street cleanup table with @caringforcaphill .

Thank you @calandersonpark for hosting another successful event and activating the park!

Meet Eric, data wizard at Microsoft during the day & novice bartender/coffee roaster at night! And we can't forget about precious, Andy Roo, his Chihuahua mix dog!

When we asked Eric what his favorite part of Capitol Hill & living at The Broadway Building was, he said, "All of the great food! Shout outs to Quinns for the happy hour fish and chips and Mercado Luna for taco Tuesdays. Hunters Capital demonstrates how to be a driver in the community towards positive change. Also, the staff here are amazing and we have the best staff dog, Cinnamon."
