The Broadway Building is located at the heart of Capitol Hill. Just within the building are some of Broadway’s favorite spots including FOB Poke Bar, Emerald City Smoothie, and Ian’s Pizza. The Dunn Motors Building opened in April 2016. The 125,000 SF mixed-use development contains 89 large luxury units, 8,000 SF of class A office space, and 6,000 SF of retail.
Hunters Capital participated in the Pike/Pine Conservation Overlay District’s façade easement program, preserving the historic façade in exchange for an additional floor of height above what zoning dictates. We believe this building sets the gold standard for façade easement and historic building redevelopment.
