The Broadway Building is located at the heart of Capitol Hill. Not only is it a short walk from Seattle’s top destinations, but nearby the Link Light rail station, helping our residents explore Seattle even more. This mixed-use building provides services from small local businesses and is near popular restaurants and retail. The interior boasts modern features, sleek appliances, and an eco-friendly environment. 

The Broadway Building opened its doors in early 2010. The 178,000 SF building is truly mixed-use. It contains 75 market-rate units, 19 affordable units, 28 Seattle Central College student housing units, 6 office suites marketed toward small local businesses, and 9,000 SF of street level retail.

Dunn Motors is situated at the center of the buzzling Pike/Pine neighborhood.  The area is framed by, restaurants, theatres, parks, pedestrian friendly streets and is less than a mile walk to Pike Place Market. Our building truly offers the premier Capitol Hill living experience.

The Dunn Motors Building opened in April 2016. The 125,000 SF mixed-use development contains 89 large luxury units, 8,000 SF of class A office space, and 6,000 SF of retail.

Hunters Capital participated in the Pike/Pine Conservation Overlay District’s façade easement program, preserving the historic façade in exchange for an additional floor of height above what zoning dictates. We believe this building sets the gold standard for façade easement and historic building redevelopment.
