Hunters Capital is wrapping up renovations at 4500 University Way N.E., former site of Wells Fargo in the University District. This historic, neo-classic, two story building was constructed in 1912 and has been a striking and enduring feature of the neighborhood since, no doubt serving many college students as they lived away from home for the first time.

“We tracked this property through its sales process knowing it’s a very special structure within the U-District, maybe the most unique along University Ave. In touring it and digging into its history it told such a unique story, we felt this is a property that deserves a new chapter, deserves an owner who will rehab it the right way,” Michael Oaksmith, President of Development at Hunters Capital, explained.
